But in any case, if you can see the holes, your fans need to spin faster.

I found those by accident while searching for something else.
They are terribly expensive at $2.50 for 4 pack. It would cost me $20 to cover my 30 fans.
If you have a color printer, you could prolly get a sheet of sticker paper and print your own.

I would not cover the holes in the middle you do not know what the extra weight will do and if you have them on straight and no causing the fans to be unbalanced.

I would think centering the stickers would be pretty easy.
But I don't know what the holes are for....motor ventillation maybe? Idk.
I've seen other guys here do it without any reported issues.

The holes are probably for casting reasons. Plastics tend to expand/contract when you cast/extrude them. I'm not sure what exact methods they use to make the impeller from the bare material but I'm guessing they leave those little dots/holes to let the material expand/contract.
