Yeah it's really nice!

I ordered mine if i didn't mention it before; Got the black acrylic.

Got an email to say that the ETA for the backplate is now the 28th.... It said the 7th on their site before.
Then I have to wait for shipping from Germany to Australia. Gonna be a while without the block.

At least I have a GTX 470/R9 290/HD 7870 to play with for now. tongue.gif

Also nice setup B Negative, I really like the look of the quality of the block and I'm happy that I'm waiting. biggrin.gif

WHERE DID YOU GET THAT PLATE!!! Dear lord man, that thing looks amazing. Did you have to custom mill it yourself or did you order it from somewhere? I was thinking of milling one out with aluminum by hand and placing it under the factory one, but that one looks brilliant.

We should start an official club.

"Waiting for active backplates still"

Having an unfinished loop is really REALLY starting to get to me.

So much so, that I am about to grab an EK block to not match my loop and cancel on aquatuning.

I was also told.... another 3 weeks to go, last month they told me it would basically be here by now.

EK already told me they wont make me a copper top for their 290x block. sadface

Hand cut with a fretsaw and bent with my sheet brake. Took about an hour to do.

Aquatuning, they're backordered everywhere from what I understand, and Shoggy stated theirs no priority given to AC SHOP as far as back orders and production, everywhere gets pretty equal distribution.

You sir have a very steady hand if you caught that precisely by hand.

I'm not as annoyed with it than others, I have plenty of other projects to work on plus I'm waiting on new brushes for my dremel and can't install my waterblock till I finish one of these panels for my chassis, and I can't finish the panel till I get brushes for my dremel. Do you see my dilemma here? Damn dremel's brushes decided to burn out after 3 months.

tongue.gif I almost ordered a block.... I noticed the ship dates changed when they added new aquacomputer blocks.

The black tinted top came in, the other ones arrival date rolled 3 months back, they got all funny in their emails, from confirming to not understanding me.

2-3 word responses to my emails. I got that funny feeling and just gave up on them.
