2-3 word responses to my emails. I got that funny feeling and just gave up on them.

Yeah, I imagined contacting a german company with customer support emails would be... difficult for lack of better words, but shoggy here on OCN is really helpful. If I don't here anything in the next week I might have to email AquaTuning. That'll be a nightmare I'm sure, but yeah.

Yeah the language barrier was not at all the issue. I've had pretty extensive emails with multiple people there.

The issue was that it went from understanding I'm interested in something that has an ETA to confusion when I brought up the random changes on the ETA dates.

Oh I have been e-mailing them in Deutsche, I am not very fluent, but I think they can understand better than English, and I still get dodgy 3 word replies.

yeah, i know it's not there fault on the shipping delays.. however, it's no reason for them to give this type of support and leave a customer hanging.

This is why I got upset:

"Sorry, but we have no new delivery date.

Best regards"

The date clearly changed, and it went from everything is okay place your order, to we don't have a new delivery date, and when I mentioned everything in detail I got

"Hi,

excuse me, but I do not understand your problem.

best regards
"

I hope aquacomputer ships these cards out sooner than later.
I'm just really upset with the level of service aquatuning gave me. ETA's clearly changed, they posted new blocks, and they treat me like a fool. This is the type of thing that makes you lose a customer.

Meh. But the block is so pretty.

Really wish EK would have agreed to make me a pair of copper tops for their blocks now.

The backplate became a little nightmare lately... We already had them here but only a handful were OK for the sale while all others have been scratched by the company that does the anodic treatment. At the moment we are waiting to get this batch back again in a good condition + a new batch.

Unfortunately the delivery time is about 2-3 weeks at the moment.

How bad are they? I will be stripping the anodising off to paint anyway,if they are going in the scrap then send me one?

The anodizing is scratched. It will be removed by chemical stripping so the parts can be anodized again. We have none of these backplates here anymore.

You are aware that 2 months of delays really puts a hurt on us right? :[
