Hm maybe it's their European divisions fault? NZXT has been great to me, especially when I had a phantom. They sent me a replacement side panel and mobo hardware kit within 2 days of asking.

Apparently so, I was told back in December that their UK center was in the process of moving and that my product would be shipped to me latest end of January.

When I rang them up 2 weeks ago or whenever it was, they said I am on a waiting list. Im not sure what for though.

I understand that it might technically be out of their control, but its the way it has been handled that shocks me.
Only having one reply to a ticket since mid-december which was 1.5 weeks after I initially creating the ticket. The ticket has since been closed and locked so I cant edit or view it.

Ditto. I wont be bothering again unless I absolutely have to.

Same here, won't buy another of their products. I don't really care what their excuse is. If they don't reply they don't deserve my money again.

I ordered a product from them, come to find out I had a billing issue and was never notified until it was too late. It took weeks to contact them. The only way you can get a decent contact is on the live chat option. I once even contacted them when they were "online" and was quickly switched to "offline" during the chat. I made phone calls with no answers. If I didn't need an item from them I would of never have purchased from NZXT.

If they made what I wanted I assure you, I would. Even if it is double the price, because the quality and service would be miles better. I bought a NZXT fan controller for my brothers computer and the molex fitting is so loose I have two cable ties keeping them together.

Understood. I bought a case from them not only because it is what I like but the parts availability was a big plus. If Fractal or NZXT had parts available for purchase I would have bought or considered one especially the Arc mini r2.

If you contact NXZT you can purchase replacement parts from them. They just don't have it directly on their site.

You should try the NZXT Armory.
