It doesn't look like it. However, temps at stock clocks and fan profile, I've yet to get this above 44c. I actually removed every case fan from my rig too so I can see just how low power usage I can get. Full gaming load with my i3 and this card has not pulled 120 watts from the wall yet.
I will get more details per everyones request tonight and tomorrow. Wife is busting my balls since it's Sunday and I'm toying around with this lol.

DL unigine valley and AB and see how far it can clock on the stock volts and without the 6-pin

Also you have an outdated GPU-Z since it says 960 cores.

its the newest gpu-z. I suspect it's a driver issue. I'm having to use the driver disc that came with the GPU

Here's some scores from Guru3D for comparison. 9% less performance for 16% less power (vs. 7790) sounds perfectly reasonable.

Very nice! Glad to see it's up and running. I'm sure nvidia will put together a driver for this. They did something similar with the 650ti.
