I think that's the first AMD card I've seen used in a Hadron, great that you managed to fit it in thumb.gif Mind sharing how you improved the PSU noise?

This is my Frankenstein right now with my G10. Will be updating when i get the H80i for my CPU and neatly installing/mounting everything.

Was a tight fit, could have managed it without bending if not for the Impact's Sound card.

Solved my PSU problem very easily and I'm a bit embarrassed I didn't think of it earlier...

I made a second Fan profile before starting to game with my CPU fan and top exhausts at 50% while cool 40° (+/- 1000rpm) and about 70% at 60°.
It was so simple especially since the hadron does not have intakes I forgot to get some airflow going right from the start. FanExpert didn't think of it, why would it, it doesn't know the case, that's for going automatic... *shame*

Yes, you can hear the fans now, which is to be expected in a mITX gaming rig, but after 2 hours of continuous uniengine at absolute max, the PSU stays quiet. The system's not louder than my xbox or ps3 which is ok with me.
Airflow in anticipation of load is key here, it seems
Yes, it still has a distinctive pitch, but it isn't the turbine it was when my fans only started the real airflow at about 60°

Some have reported problems with the PSU going at full speed with no load, that could be an error on the PSU, but for a normal working one, getiing the flow started in anticipation worked very well for me.

To get it quieter now, I'd have to test with other exhaust fans.

As I asked in another page, is it possible to put two h60i as one for the cpu and one for the gpu? Plus can you put some illumination in it any how? And where/how to hook it up?

You can use some magnetic tape on the border to make it magnetic.

You can also take some very fine cloth and do the same, no need for a frame since the magnetic tape will be your frame and it will fit between the case an top cover[/quote]

That is a good idea, has it been able to catch a fair amount of dust? I also saw these foam filters on the same website, they may be able to jam in? http://www.moddiy.com/products/120mm-Fan-Dust-Filter-Foam.html

One other question....
so I was thinking of getting the hydro so I could put an 120mm h60 in it. I just think its really ugly though, being awkwardly tall. Does anyone know if a h60 rad would fit underneath one of the top fans in the case? If no one knows for sure could you measure the space above the motherboard?

Thanks I appreciate it

Since it's exhaust, the only dust on there is the one that falls down while the system is of and will be blown off during startup. Don't see any dust inside. Don't know how it will be in long term since I'm getting rid of the Hadron, can't stand the noise of the PSU

The space for the fans at the top of the air is around 40mm or so.... Check out notes golden nugget build log to see how he was able to get a 240mm rad in with modified 12mm fans to fit.... Just ask him it was no easy feat.... But the hard work paid off for sure

Btw, how loud can the psu be measured as loud? Can anyone put some db test?
