Pic of the old build

Intro :

Welcome to my first build log. The objective of my build is to have a compact pc
that fits my gaming needs and should fit the living room from a design standpoint.
The goal is strictly a gaming pc in a sff, so no uber-stuff is needed.

Build Goals :

I love this case! It's awesome and nearly brand new. AND tiny!!!
It's my second build in this case after i had to sell the old components
(AMD HD 6870 & Asrock Z77E-ITX & Intel i5 3570k) for my tuition fees.
But i keeped the case + PSU + 8GB of RAM. So the main goal is to seperate
the gaming part of my Dual-Boot Hackintosh into a new housing
and make it portable within my home and to go to LAN-parties.

Parts List (System) :

  • Intel i7 4770k
  • Gigabyte GA-Z87N-WIFI Asus MAXIMUS VI IMPACT
  • G.Skill Sniper 8GB (2x 4GB) 1866Mhz
  • GTX 880 (meanwhile EVGA GTX 670 FTW )
  • Silverstone Sugo SG05 (maybe later Bitfenix Prodigy or Fractal Node 304)
  • Silverstone 450 Watt (Built In) PSU
  • Samsung 830 SSD 128GB (maybe RAID 0 or M2.0 ssd)
  • Western Digital Scorpio Black 230GB HDD
