My Fortress of Solitude needs a new Super-PC, an 8-core, OC'd BEAST with an excessive amount of hard drives.

2x Western Digital 160gb Velociratr's in RAID 1
1x Western Digital Blue 320gb Drive for Music/Videos

The Housing for my Baby:
Rosewill THOR V2 Black

The Rundown: Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)
So, I'd imagine that most of you have a couple of questions at this point. Like, "What are you going to mod?" or "This is not that amazing of a PC, what's up?" First, I'll address the specs. I went with a relatively mid-spec rig for budget reasons, I wanted something that can run any recent game on High/Ultra, so I skimped on the processor for the Graphics and Case. Quick Note: The CPU Cooler has TWO fans in a PUSH/PULL configuration, so OC'ing shouldn't be TOO much of an issue.

The Mods:

Planned: Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)
Replace Side Vents on Thor v2 with Plexiglass
Install 230mm Fan in Side Window mentioned above
LED Lights installed in the Top Vents
Fan Controller

Done: Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)
n/a Will Recieve Parts on 2/13 assembly and filming on 2/14 (lol)

Yeah. I think that it should go well, I've done stuff small projects but nothing of this scale. I am ordering an LED controller for the front panel now as well as a Touch Screen fan controller. Eventually I'll hook it up with SLI and some liquid cooling.
