Corsair Memory RMA

Thread Starter
For those of you who have had to RMA memory with Corsair, how did it go? I had great luck RMAing a power supply in the past, but getting a hold of anyone right now has been a miserable experience. I bought a set of 4X4GB modules and later realized I did not need all 4, so I kept 2 and sold 2. Now, the memory that I have is giving me memtest errors and needs to be replaced. I have submitted a ticket asking if I can RMA these 2 sticks, but no one responds and it has been over a week (they say they respond within 1 business day). I am about ready to give up on Corsair and go with another brand. Anyone care to share your experiences or know if they will RMA just 2 sticks from a set of 4?

I ordered two kits of 16GB DDR3 Vengeance 1600MHz for notebook and two 16GB DDR 3 Vengeance for my brother's workstation and more two AX1200i power suply. Guess what? One of my 4 memory pents is deffective (memtest) and the other two from my brother's computer are also deffective. I purchased from amazon.com.
I thought corsair was a good brand and I also was thinking if there was any problem I could exchange it in my country without having to RMA to USA. My opinion about corsair has completely changed. This is the LAST time I buy anything from corsair. I'll start buyng from other brands but never from supply.
Based on my previous experiences, I'd recommend samsung, for any kind of memory, they have good quality standards for storage products. For memories, it's difficult to find samsung, so I'll give a try for the corsair opponent's brand.
But NEVER EVER CORSAIR AGAIN!
they don't respect their customers. They don't even have a call center. It's all through message tickets! I really started to hate them!
