Welcome to OCN! cheers.gif

Couple things...

Why 64Gb of RAM? Why only 1333mhz? All that power and no SSD? 750w power supply should be enough.

Yikes... I can't figure out what you are trying to build: gaming rig or workstation. Whatever it may be, no LGA 1155 motherboard supports 64 GB of RAM anyway. Tell us what you want to do with your system and we will help you out.

WELCOME TO OCN! cheers.gif

the cpu the motherboard and the ram are not compatible with each other different sockets and only 4 ram slot so 8 sticks wont fit

switch cpu to a 4770k and switch to faster then 1333mhz ram but with 4x8gig and a 750w would be enough smile.gif

If you are editing/ other things, then it is a different story. If you want to game, then what is above (besides a CPU cooler) is pretty freaking awesome.
