Is there anything i can try ? I had the same problem while trying to edit the bios by my own whatever the change it will give me boot problems. At least now i have better fps! Any thoughts ?
Thanks in advance

I'm not sure. Have you had this problem before with the original BIOS? I would say go back and try the original BIOS. If the same thing is still happening, then the issue is caused by something else.

100% confirm no problem with the original bios. This happens only when i edit the bios, for example i take the stock bios i up the wattage to 60 i don't do anything else and i have this results: boot problems / hang at windows start up (most of the time). I doesn't really matter what i change or by how much, whatever i change will give the said results.
If u don't have a clue its fine. if i restard my pc 1-2 times it will boot fine

ps. the same thing happens with my second system which has the exact same gpu model/brand so it's not system related

edit: the problem is not so severe with ur bios, makes me to believe its some setting/configuration on the bios that will eliminate

pretty interesting find and really appreciate your good work in helping us out

I used kepler bios tweeker and its kinda going above my head with many voltage options ,could you pls help me out and edit the bios ,
right now the max voltage i can overclock is till 1.162v and i can keep it cool at around temps of 50 degree celsius (122 fahrenheit) and sometimes even a little less

Could you please tweek the bios to a more maximum voltage so i can overclock even higher and anything else if needs to be changed
I'm reading here that its safe at 1.22v so that could be good but if going higher can be achieved i wouldn't mind going higher ,cause right now at 1.162v i can increase the base clock 320+ and memory clock 200+ and its quite stable and cool but my greed wants to go even further captain and i've got two extra fans keeping it cool and i've heard water cooling helps ,
so i can just pour water on it with a water pipe next to it biggrin.gif

Jokes aside i would really appreciate your help ,the card is GT 730 2GB DDR5

Thanks and much appreciated GK208.zip 125k .zip file

Hi there,
Any chance of disabling GPU Boost and increasing the TDP limit on my 980 Ti Lightning please?
I want to get a steady OC around 1400-1450 but GPU Boost and the TDP limit are screwing me over.
The bios is attached below.

Thanks a lot.

Is there a trick to reducing idle voltage for the desktop 135Mhz core profile? I have tried tweaking the first 20 or so Voltage Table CLK entries in Maxwell Bios Tweaker without much change. The idle voltage seems to creep back to what it always was (0.862v).

Haven't seen much discussion regarding this but maybe my search skills are lacking.

I just got a replacement GTX 970, but it seems like this card won't boost up to the max clock when playing Nier Automata, the clockspeed is stuck at 1080mhz. I see this value in the Clock States table for P00 and P02 states. Can I safely edit these values up? I'm thinking editing them to at least 1279mhz (since that's the stock boost clock). Has anyone edited those clocks before? Any problems? Thanks.

Edit: I also attached the bios, if someone can mod the P00 and P02 states for me I would appreciate it.

Tested the BIOS you modded for me and I couldn't be happier. No more TDP perfcap and I can run a steady 1.5 GHz on the core.

It has nothing to do with BIOS voltages and everything to do with Number of monitors, resolution, refresh rates, and video card model.
