I have the same temp with mine, clockspeed 1160/1500 Heaven 4.0 test makes it low 80's.

so i guess that is normal , but how in the reviews they are getting this low temp. ??

I think that high temp is due to poor air circulation in my case.

but more than 10 degree different is too much even with bad case , so is Sliverstone PS07 is bad ??

I would crank the fan up if temps would worry me.

I don't worry about those temps cause 80C is a piece of cake forthis chip.
Maybe there is a bad contact between GPU and heatsink I guess.

mine hit 81C while I was running valley bench mark at a clock of 1180/1400. But before I moved my system to a corsair 750d. It was originally in an antec 200 I was getting 65C average, but it had a side fan pulling fresh air on it.
