mouse for laptop. which type?

Thread Starter
I want to get a mouse to go with my laptop which is mostly used for schoolwork and occasionally gaming on the go. It needs to be wireless with a small receiver. I already have a wireless mouse with a small receiver but it is not suitable for gaming at all.

Im not sure which of these options I should go for.

1) Use the mouse I have and bring along another wired mouse with me.

2) Get a good wireless mouse that does not lag. Heard the performance mx is good

3) Get a hybrid mouse (e.g logitech g700, roccrat pyra, razer orochi). If i pick this i will most likely get the pyra as i think it is the most value for money.

Does your laptop have bluetooth? There are mouses available that use that and don't need a separate receiver.
