Planned radiator/reservoir setup for the 4k Build. Mounting the reservoir directly to the rad/fan. Going to be adding fans to the other side for push/pull of course. Have another NexXxos monsta tht's going to be setup exactly the same.

The uv coolant is going to light up nicely.
Seems to be plenty of space in front of the mb in the S8, it's nice that you can use the Monstas in pp all around.
Very cool looking res, and unique way to attach it.thumb.gif

I wanted to attach the a 240mm res on the right side before the mobo but after the rad but wasn't enough space because of how huge the monstas are, was the only other option. Didn't end up looking too bad either. So I'm doing two up front exactly the same the res is a 80x120 cylindrical koolance with top/bottom & adjustable mount. 2 of those will give me that 240mm i was after. biggrin.gif Gonna have to do some modding to the mid plate though to fit the 120.2 monsta rad because if flipped upside down the drain hole screw hits it. frown.gif

Look what showed up today! Koolance rad/fan mounting posts. biggrin.gif

Had to tap out the M3 threads to M4.

These posts come in 25mm & 38mm lengths. Pretty excited to be using these on this build, only one radiator done & I'm already preferring them over traditional rad screws.

With fan mounted.

Mounted in case with fan grill.

Flex bay 120.2 finally tapped & assembled. Push/Pull NexXxos Monsta w/ Corsair SP120's, koolance rad/fan posts, & silverstone dust guards.

Still waiting on my second reservoir for my 2nd 120.2 rad but was able to get the first one setup today.

Monsta Mash!
Excellent job installing the Monsta 120.1 in push-pull, with a fan grille, on the back 120 fan hole. And the 120.2 Monsta in the flex bay, reservoir, and dust filters included!
And still another 120.2 Monsta to come.
The Koolance posts are a very slick way to install the fans.
I haven't seen any other builds using several Monsta rads like that, or the combination of reservoirs.
This really shows the versatility of the S8, the way it can accommodate fat rads in push-pull, with room to spare.

It will be interesting to see how you install the PMP-500 pump, I hear they are quite powerful pumps.
So many of the S8 builds seem to be doing top-mounted rads, but it certainly isn't the only option.
I also went with a full-windowed top, as I'll simply be installing a 360 in the side, and a 240 in the flex-bay.
For now.rolleyes.gif

Yeah I too went for the top window. I'm going for a 360 in the side and a 360 in the flex bay smile.gif
