Sorry for the late reply, work has gotten ahold of me.

Alright, so the update is, I talked to Newegg product support. We went through all kinds of tests again, this time the guy had me run Prime95 for an hour at full load. The TMPIN1 temp hit 96c during the test, but seemed stable and never reset during the test. Then he had me run 3dMark. During 3DMark, the pc reset but the temps weren't that high. Any ideas on what it could be now?

I tried playing Tomb Raider just now on High settings, I got about 5 minutes in and it reset. On my 2nd display, I never saw the motherboard temp go above 50c, the GPU was a steady 65c, and the CPU was 29c. Does this point to a PSU problem? I know the PSU I have isn't the highest quality, but if that's all it is maybe, I'd have no problem just buying another one so I can game comfortably.
