oh wow, 2 months later. How long did it take for the whole RMA process? And how has it been since?

Heh the zowie is that good huh?
Do you know long did it took to get the mouse once you sent the RMA ticket?

Also, how good is the zowie compared to the Avior?

Next try a different USB port, change the mousing surface,
Re-plugged it in another USB port and it's working fine now.
I did tinker with the LOD distance AFTER the problem. Before it, it was quite low. After, I moved it to the lowest LOD but it still happened. Asked for RMA.

Got to me in a couple days; was fast.

The Avior is a great mouse as well, i just preferred the weight, thinner frame, and cursor feel of the FK1. There are things about the FK1 i don't like as well (a tad bit too long for my tastes, mousewheel up issue, and thin feet), but it's decent enough to hold me off until SS gets off their butts and releases a Sensei Raw (favorite shape) with a 3366 like sensor.

I see, thanks. Didn't the sensei raw released already? Or do you want some updated version with a better sensor?
Have you heard about the Dex? Its TBD and I really like it. I may need another mouse.
P.S. My mouse as of now has not stuttered in a while. I don't mind a new replacement tho heh

I was looking at the hayate and everyone said it was basically the best. Do mionix mouses like this work best with cloth or plastic ones?

Can both side mouse buttons be used simultaneously, or can only one side be enabled at once, (like the FK)?

You can do whatever you want with them. The right side comes disabled but the software lets you set any button to do anything

If I can just make my fingertip grip to somewhat like a hybrid claw type grip then I am not hitting the side buttons on the right side and would be able to use them for something rather than having them disabled. Hmm lets see.

@metal571: Am I not eligible for the owners club? Yeah being silly on purpose tongue.gif
