I never had any problems with that one at all except it has more delay than the newest one and can sometimes have problems with the mouse not coming on immediately after a resume from sleep

LOL, I must be unlucky then. Just now I noticed the scroll wheel jump issue! What's going on! It was scrolling at least 15 lines while I have set it at 5! Had to open Avior's software, just hit on Apply and it's okay now. The software is unpolished.

I am just gonna upgrade the firmware. How to enter bootloader mode again? Have forgotten tongue.gif

It should do it for you.

Yeah software is very raw.

Just tried the new 3.08 firmware, didn't notice any different in cursor movement, it was exactly same like 2.34, but it kept changing the default profile to Profile 3 after every reboot or mouse plug / unplug! Immediately went back to 2.34.

The old firmware was offensively laggy. Nobody under any circumstance should be using it. Even with the newer firmware it still has the highest smoothing of any mouse I've used besides the Logitech G600, otherwise it tracks very very good. If you think the older firmware feels better, you must have done something wrong flashing it. You need to enter bootloader mode and not do a half azz flash.

As someone who is very sensitive to smoothing delay
Which one of the 3310 mice do you recommend (top 3 in order of least delay to most delay)?

Laggy? What do you mean by that? Where does it lag?

I don't feel the older firmware is better, I feel it to be exactly same. I flashed it by going to bootloader mode anyway! Besides the newer one has that profile switching bug, which is childish!

I haven't noticed any lag myself either.

That's because there isn't any! There is that lag when you change any setting in the software, which definitely retained with the new firmware, at same amount, the cursor would freeze for a second, same on both firmware. Metal also mentioned something about mouse being laggy while PC waking up from sleep, well I personally never seen that with the older firmware, so I can't say if it's fixed with the new one, but if it is fixed, good for people who were having the problem.

A lot of people have said a lot of good stuffs about the newer firmware (excluding Metal), but nowhere it is mentioned that Profile 1 doesn't stick! It reverts to Profile 3 after every reboot, or a mouse unplug / plug! Okay I suck at gaming, so I don't notice any smoothing, stuttering ever, but at least people should report the bugs isn't it? I would never flash the new firmware anyway, but as I said for past few days I felt like the cursor movement was not precise, it felt kinda jittery, but well I know why it was like that and it has nothing to do with the firmware.
