By the way, all the time when i open the software the profile keep on switching to profile 3 its a bug? my firmware is 3.08 and software is 1.21

Thx.
No word on that yet. 3.38 checked out in terms of tracking, now their software engineer is going to work on getting the final version of it out. For 3.08 the profile 3 switch is a known bug. Both 3.08 and 3.38 are test firmwares and not totally stable.

I'm so excited, ordered it. biggrin.gif

Thanks @CorruptBE, and @metal571.

Thanks everyone for this thread, it's led me to a mouse I'm (almost) totally made up with. smile.gif

The mouse wheel when scrolling forward feels sort of loose and sounds grindy, as if the clicky doodad has dislodged or something. I can't swear to it losing an actual scroll but there is a nagging feeling when scrolling quickly...
Does everyone else's mouse feel like this or am I going to have to RMA?

Just noticed this, why don't the other companies push out the non smoothing firmwares like razer and ss -.-. I believe the FK already came with smoothing removed

The wheel on my avior was grindy too but after using it for a while it went back to normal and have had no issues with it ever since. I'd try using it for a few weeks to see if it settles before doing RMA.

Looks like I'll be going with the Avior 7000 as well. I have the FK1, and I love its shape, but as a lot of people have also experienced, I have a tough time with it and its harder clicks in spam-heavy games (like Dota 2 and Diablo 3).

I was debating between the Avior 7000 and the G402, and while I did try the Avior 8200 and wasn't the biggest fan of its big back end, I still ultimately want an ambidextrous mouse, which the Avior is, so I've decided on that. I'm just not a fan of the G400 "grabby" shape, which I assume the G402, too, has as well.

I'll post my impressions here when I've used it for a while.
