MIONIX AVIOR 7000 First Impressions/Review - Page 15

I am confident I got a tracking ID including a link referring to the regular Swedish post agency (http://www.posten.se/en/Customer-Service/Pages/Tracking-international-mail.aspx).
Maybe they've changed the agency in the meantime, since back then the delivery took 3 weeks.

Hm, could be the "same", because I can enter my trackingnumber there aswell and get the exact same result.

The unifaunonline.se-mail contains the following info: Logistikunternehmen "Posten Sverige".

Translated: logistics company "Posten Sverige"

Yeah seems to be the same then. The first delivery I have not been able to track at all since the site was down. The replacement delivery initiated by Mionix did show up but the information was everything but detailed.

According to the site the shipment left Sweden within two days but no further tracking was available from that point on forward (the replacement mouse also showed up only 3 weeks after the shipment was triggered by Mionix).

@metal571 Does your Avior 7000 cable have frays at the mid length point?

I've had my Avior 7000 on 400dpi for about a month now and it's pretty good imo.

Question for other owners - does your bottom side button (left side) depress extremely easy? I barely have to use any force and it'll go off - sometimes my thumb will just barely graze it and go off. The sound of the switch also sounds/feels different from the other side buttons - quieter and less "clicky". Wondering if this is normal or if I should return it.

That's weird. The side buttons are lightish to press but both of mine are about the same force on the left side.

I didn't notice any fraying. Haven't really looked. Anything that doesn't actually affect the performance of the mouse is something I hardly notice like aesthetics and fraying as long as it isn't detracting somehow from my gameplay.

My cable was perfect all the way down. It might have been from being pinched while the cable was bound during processing or shipping. It happens sometimes with braided cables.

This question goes out to all.
Where did you purchase your Avior 7000 from?

Newegg.com here.

Now it's available from Amazon as well. It's on Newegg first though for like 2 weeks before it became available on Amazon.

From their webshop. If I would order now though go for Zavvi (if you are living in Europe) and save some money that way.

I like the Mionix support - wrote an email today to Mionox about the long delivery times and got a response immediately. They had some troubles in the past with stolen? packages (they can´t say what happened really) and so they had to resend the orders to the customers but that still doesn´t explain the long delivery times in some cases since I think there was also a case where some of you still received the first package after 2 or 3 weeks.

He explained that the normal delivery time should be about 3-5 days and I should get my mouse (ordered on Sunday, posten.se received the package yesterday, shipping destination is Austria) at the latest of early next week - if not I´m going to order it at Amazon.co.uk.
