I ordered from Feb. the 23rd and still nothing here. So I contacted the support which answered promptly. They will send out another unit now or check where the first package is, hope they answer again soon.

EDIT: NOW I get why shipping is free....

Wow that is bad.... BTW, do not trust DHL ever, they do crap like this. Even my free shipping has much better packaging quality from USPS, UPS, or Fedex.

it's DHL, they suck.

Why do they answer so fast for you?

I got ONE "answer" to my ticket today. And that was a question... The whole 8 hours from 9:00 to 17:00.. So far I'm absolutely NOT satisfied with their support.

It wasnt packed by DHL. Even the Support asked about the "LETTER"

Did you get the letter yesterday?

Like I mentioned before - Amazon.co.uk would be an option since they offer also Express-delivery (1-2 buisness days) but that isn´t cheap - postage and packing would cost about 30€ with express.

That´s really bad - if they still got such problems I don´t think that I´ll receive my package next week biggrin.gif, damn I need it for Titanfall ^^.

Just got my Avior 7000 in the mail this morning. So far, I'm liking it. It is definitely different than my G400, but the shape is comfortable, the switches feel good and the mouse glides pretty well on my Puretrak Talent. I haven't noticed any of the mouse smoothing that I've heard complaints about regarding the 3310 sensor.

All they've gotta do in my book is release their Zibal 60 keyboard with Cherry MX brown and red switches, improve the keycaps so the letters don't wear off, and make a cloth pad similar to the Puretrak Talent - ie. one that is large and smooth, it doesn't have to be as thick IMO.

Where did you purchase your Avior 7000 from?

I purchased mine from Amazon.com; I live in the USA. $80 with free 2-day shipping, thanks to my Amazon Prime membership.

The Avior 7000 arrived today (ordered last Friday via Mionix website). Everything seems fine, except the packaging has been showered with wine... rolleyes.gif

As for the mouse, i really really like it. At first i thought it is too heavy, after unpacking it. But 30 minutes and two rounds of playing with it later, there is no doubt. This mouse is something special! A (s)avior! tongue.gif I have not tested the Sargas 320, which was also in the package.

The shape/coating is really kind of new/unique. Well done Mionix. thumb.gif

I ordered a Mionix Naos 7000 on 6th February and it still isn't here... parcel tracking just shows 'Parcel has been deposited' with post sweden or something... hilarious...
