Or did I miss something biggrin.gif

it looks like it, ye
but as i said, i hate spreading wrong informations, so you have to wait till something is officially announced.
there are some shots in several youtube videos on sk-gamings channel.
and an censored pic on sk-gaming

Yes I seen it from lcs, and it looks 100% identical to a avior 7000 just branded.
But we will see, the more mice the merrier biggrin.gif

Good luck with that. Nothing like destroying a perfectly good and incredibly expensive mouse to remove a negligible amount of weight.

assuming it would be the same amount of weight, 8g, it would be 8% of the total weight, it would be a pretty drastic difference actually, ask any engineer whether reducing a machine's weight by 8% is drastic, they all would say it is... Will probably wait for now, even if mionix doesn't announce anything, Roccat has their Kone Pure Millitary announced with the 3310 sensor that should be a bit lighter as its supposed to be the same weight as the kone pure optical, 90g.

I understand relative weight, but when you look at the actual starting weight of these devices, 8G is nothing to the human arm... I hate to be that guy, but if 8G is the difference between you loving and hating a mouse, you need to hit the gym.

you move your mouse with not just your arm, but your wrist and fingers as well.

I don't hate my current mouse. I would love a better mouse. Its not whether the weight is the difference between loving and hating the mouse, its the weight could be the difference between whether i like it more then my current mouse or not.

I guess it's just an individual preference... There are people that actually think the R.A.T 5/7/9 mice are good, and they weight about 2lbs a piece. I'm perfectly fine with the avior weight. Never thought twice about it. There are times that I switch to my FK when playing SC2 or something like that, but that's more a size thing than a weight thing.

How big is the Avior compared to Kana V2?
I felt like the Kana V2 could have been bigger, but it was easy to pick up.

I'm having my rival at RMA, and will get a working 1 in return (atleast so they say), so I would like to try another 3310 mice which is not ergonomic, but I have bigger hands, around 21cm.

The Avior is wider and definitely longer than the Kana. It should fit your hand size just fine. I found the Kana more along the lines of a hybrid Zowie AM and a Sensei. The Avior is more toward the Sensei side of the scale.
