Hi guys. So I had in mind to go with two Alphacool Monsta 420 rads ( push @ 1250rpm on both ) but then I found out they make 560 rads too ( 4x140mm ).
I think that makes sense : the 560 provides more radspace plus one extra fan, and that means my rpm could be lower ( as well as noise ) for the same amount of heat to dissipate. I think I'm right, here.

Then.. I stumbled upon the Monsta 540 ( 3x180mm )
and I thought : the 540 will provide less radspace than the 560, will have one fan less, and the size of the fans being 180mm they will have to spin faster to achieve the same static pressure as 140mm-fans... all that resulting into greater rpm to dissipate the same amount of heat, in comparison with the Monsta 560. Don't know if that makes sense.

The rads will be mounted externally ( somewhere... horizontally or vertically, don't know yet, but externally ).
I also thought about adding a third rad ( like 280mm ) to the two 420's, but then thought that it would add restriction to the flow and maybe be more expensive than just two bigger rads.

So for the most quiet : 2x 420 + a third rad ? 2x 540 ? 2x 560 ? Thanks in advance smile.gif
