Wanting to upgrade or overclock.

Thread Starter
All right so don't laugh but my computer is as so:
Operating System
Windows 8.1 64-bit
CPU
AMD K140
40nm Technology
RAM
4.00GB DDR3 @ 534MHz (7-7-7-19)
Motherboard
Quanta 2AF5 (P0)
Graphics
HP Omni / Pro (1600x900@60Hz)

Storage
465GB Seagate ST3500413AS (SATA) 39 °C
Optical Drives
hp DVDRAM GT50N
Audio
Realtek High Definition Audio

Now the Cpu is apparently an APU that's dual core 1.4ghz, I really want to upgrade, it says the socket type is an Ft1 and Im not sure if its integrated into the motherboard or not. All I know is if it is, I want to overclock but I'm new to overclocking... If it's upgradeable, where should i buy it from and how can i find processors that are compatible with the motherboard?

More Cpu specs:

AMD E1-1200 is usually found on low budget laptop and it is soldered on the motherboard. If you want to replace it you need to buy both new CPU and motherboard.

Googling your motherboard name, looks like it can only be found on Hewlett-Packard 120-1333w AIO, that means you can't replace it either.
