Corsair K70 LED dead, will corsair fix it or replacement ?

Hey guys, ive been using this keyboard for like 8 months now, and today when i turn on my pc, the led on 'T id not light up, i bought this from U MART australia, they have a one year return to base warranty thing

RTB1 (Return To Base 1) warranty

This is our detailed RTB1 Policy. Merchandise must be returned back to Umart.

Upon receiving the product, we will provide with you a Return Authority (RA) Number. We will arrange for testing, repairing, or replacement of the product, or you may arrange with our Customer Service Centre for a refund.


This email will provide some basic information on warranty return and how to obtain after-sale support.
Please be aware that all products must be installed by a qualified technician or knowledgeable person.

Physically damaged items cannot be returned to Umart Online for refund or replacement as it is not covered by manufacture warranty.

All product sold by Umart Online will have a minimum of 12 month warranty unless stated otherwise. Please refer to the information below which describes the warranty return terms for each individual item. Please read it carefully .


I want to know if they will give me a replacement or ship it back to corsair for them to fix, for other k70 users when the led is dead do corsair replace you or fix it for you?

K70 led failure was common for a while, they will most likely replace it. I don't know how RMA works in Australia though.
