Otherwise UPS might try to rip you off by charging an other 30-50$ in brokerage fees. Last time I used UPS for a 20$ item, the UPS morons charged me 30$ on top of the shipping charges for brokerage fees. Snail mail sometimes charges me for GST, sometimes they don't.
Fedex is the best way to go when ordering from out of country. But it's rarely a choice. If the merchant refuses to label my UPS shipment as gift or sample, I take my business elsewhere.
$64 USPS priority, CD would be around 20% or so. Frozencpu has the 'GIFT' option, so it may help with CD.

My current GPU is a dud mad.gif
Since I'm not a hardcore gamer, I won't be upgrading my GPU anytime soon. But of course, I 'will' do it sometime in the future yessir.gif

Okay, the XSPC EX240 would cost me $150+ $15(Flex tubing) + $64 = $229
I believe with CD & other charges, if any, it should cost around 260~270 USD.
