It also has an onboard GPU basically, and can be used without a dedicated GPU considering you have a motherboard that supports it. As far as comparing it to an i5 or i7, first of all the Pentium only has 2 cores and 2 threads. The multiplier as well a the voltage cannot be adjusted as these features are locked on the Pentium G3220. It is not hyperthreaded.

i meant with my question that you chose this cpu for reasons; like the nice price for 3Ghz ..

and i post my question according to the cpu page asking you about your reasons for choosing

what is the multiplier's function in normal and high CPUs, is it relating to OC feature?

It's a good buy for $62. Keep in mind that your will have a LGA 1150 CPU/socket and you are going to have a potentially awesome upgrade path with the Haswell refresh coming soon.

yea i think it's powerful enough to run powerful games ..

what's "200+ fps while recording/streaming", is it gaming with recording videos or editing high quality videos ?

Yes, overclocking is only supported by unlocked CPUs.

Fps = frames per second. Usually referred to when gamming.

Do you already have the H100 in push/pull?I can't make it out in the pics, but you probably don't..
I think that if you do go with a push/pull configuration you'll pretty much have to install the rad elsewhere(front intake perhaps?)because it most surely will touch your ram/mobo if you try it with the rad on top, right?

I have done a small mod that moved the rad a half inch or so away from the motherboard tray to accommodate for the need of room for a push/pull config. i'll get better pictures tonight to show what I've got going on in there. Maybe you guys can help me come up with a better option for mounting my H100i
