Trying to decide whether its the GPU or Driver/Bios issue?

Let me start by saying I just got the GPU as an open box from Newegg. Its a R7 260X.

When I first plugged it in it would not get into windows until I uninstalled previous driver from a 250x and 7850k

First tried 14.2 then 14.1 same results of BSOD Video TDF failure. It would last around 30 mins plus. I tried playing some Batman and was fine until the memory locked at 150 and the game lagged then after a few restarts of the game it BSOD again same one..

Took it out put my 250x in used it for like 4 hours of gaming and then browsing it video TDF Failure which it never did before and been running it for about 2 weeks.

So I uninstalled all drivers put 260x back in installed driver that came with GPU. 13.1 and now when it happens it gives 0xa0000001 BSOD haven't noticed a memory lock at 150 (had gpuz sensor recording temps at mid 50's.

Set up the Windbg and it keeps pointing at the atikmpag.sys +2601E but something about the symbols not being loaded but I copied the Symbols info from the sticky for setting this up.

If other GPU's are working, it's your GPU.
