Could that also cause the noise of the cooler changing from very noise to silent frequently? like in 2 minutes intervals?

yeah that could be an issue if your cooler is spinning up then back down again is it the chipset fan?

Sounds like a broken motherboard in that case

Well to tell all detailed.

When i still was in Latvia my corsair h100 water cooling fan control did break but pump was still working.

I transfered my PC with the car instead of the plane to make sure it arrives more safely, but right after the first start my PC was acting strange.

Higher CPU temps and speed of the cooler was going up and down all the time. Usually it happens like after 10 mins after PC has been turned off and then on again.

So far the things i did try:

- CPU fans connected to motherboard instead of h100

- Reinstalled windows 8.1

- Updated BIOS

PC acts strange time to time but still i can play and do  mostly everything i used to do.

So is there any way to make 100% sure that motherboard is broke, before giving it to the RTM ?

Could the cause of that problem also be something else?
