Would PCCOOLER S90D Hydraumatic Cooler be good enough for a pentium D?

I think the title explains it enough. I can't afford a branded HSF because of the expensive shipping cost as I live overseas.

PCCOOLER S90D Hydraumatic CPU Heatsink W/ Cooler Fan - Black + Silver + Yellow

Aigo M4 Dual Fans Overclock Version Computer CPU Heatsink Cooler
// not sure if this brand even exist biggrin.gif

It's quite hard to find any information on these Chinese products. This a crappy old pc and I'm not trying to overclock or anything, btw.

My specs:
Celeron D Stock Cooler
G101GGC (LGA775 Socket)
2 x 1 GB Memory
GForce 9500 GT

I test upgraded from my Celeron D 331 to Pentium D 950 once and the temp was around 70C.

I don't see why it wouldn't be good enough, if it will fit then go for it.
