Umm... no you have another issue. I have SLI 780s and an i5 4670k and depending on the map I get 100-170 FPS (Ultra Setting 2560x1440) w/ CPU utilization at 60%.

@OP: I would get a used 670. My 660ti's rock out BF4 at a pretty consistent 90fps on Ultra settings on a 24" 144Hz monitor @ 1080p. Reason I say this is that the 8xx will be out 2nd half of this year. the 6xx's still have a lot of life left in them for any current or future game in the next year to two years. Don't buy the hype that you NEED a 780 to have great gaming experience.
