I ordered a QX2710 LED Evolution ll SE from accessorieswhole in the middle of August 2015. The screen malfunctioned a few days ago after running at 96Hz since that time(~2 months) on the DVI-cable that came with the screen. The screen is totally black, even if the LED indicates that it is active, and I can "move" the windows mouse into the area where the screen would be in a dual screen setup. I used a flashlight to check if the backlight was malfunctioning as described earlier in this thread, and I could see the windows background and other applications when I held a flashlight at about a 45 degree angle to the screen.

accessorieswhole has messaged me that they will send a replacement PCB(I believe it's the DPL-2560LS.REV.01 for those who are googling for this), and that they usually don't ship out the new PCB before customers return the old PCB to Korea. I will write an update once I have received the new PCB smile.gif

Thanks AccessoriesWhole for a POS - Crossover Black Tune 2735AMG

Well I got this sucker in April 2014 and is already DEAD. What a POS and $419 down the drain. Is making bunch of vertical lines, Tried another power supply and didn't 'work. Could it be the PCB? What should I do next? Warranty was just a year so I am screwed. How much would the PCB be? Any other advise?

Update Oct 14.2015
Anyone knows where I can get a PCB for this monitor? AccessoriesWhole is REFUSING to even send me one for a cost. They want me to ship the monitor back to Korea and then pay for the repair and pay for shipping back. Seriously?

BE WARNED about AccessoriesWhole people

Yes. This is most likely a LED driver board faulty issue. Just get the replacement PCB swop it with the one inside and the monitor should be fine.

Can you post a picture of the problem of the monitor? You mentioned "is making bunch of vertical lines". It may not be just LED driver board issue.

So today I received my PCB! Shipping from SK to Sweden took only one week(there were some misunderstandings that led to a delay).

I followed the instructions and inserted the new PCB. Now the monitor is working perfectly biggrin.gif

The entire ordeal will cost me around 100 SEK($12) for shipping the old PCB back to SK. I'm very happy how it turned out. My 24' TN monitor wasn't really a worthy replacement during the downtime tongue.gif

I got 2 CrossOver 27Q monitor. 1 of them got this problem in Jan 2016.

Since I got 2 monitors, I can do swapping to find the problem and the problem is with the Power Supply.

I managed to find the power adapter on eBay :
http://www.ebay.com.sg/itm/4-Pin-24V-5A-120W-4pin-Power-Supply-AC-DC-Power-Adapter-Switching-Power-Supply-/291755524270?hash=item43edfc00ae&_uhb=1

But sadly, it doesn't work when I received it. I found that that the problem was with the polarity of the 4 pin connector.

This is the polarity of the power adapter :

NOTE : Both left side are +ve

But the polarity of the power adapter I got, is this :

NOTE : Both top side are +ve

The polarity are wrong.
