What do these National Instruments cards do?

The one on the left had some writing on it, it said PCI-FlexMotion. The rest is visible in the pictures.
They are dusty, I know.

I was curious so i read the data sheet. looks to me like It's half of a highly sensitive digital sensor.

just to let you know that 16xe on is going for anywhere from $50-199 on ebay
you could make a little change off of them.

Circuit boards, especially motherboards, painted flat black and hung on a wall make a stunning display.
I had a bunch hanging in my workshop for a while.

But then, at $100 or so there may be better things to do with them!!!!!!!!!!

that tmakes sense to me. Someone will get use out of them and they will live on. That's actually a moderately cool board if you're into science or robotics. Lot of industrial uses too,

I hope it still works, it belonged to my grandfather who worked in the computer hardware industry, but I have no idea how and if he kept those safe. I have no idea how to test them since they both wont fit in the currently available computer.
