Finally straightened up my supplies enough to take the superficially organized looking pre-assembly photos..

Cooling supplies...

And, this is what too much money spent on fans looks like....

That's a nice looking pile. The SR1s, FCT, and GTs please me. Those will all work together very nicely. And I like that you went with the Clean CSQ blocks as opposed to the circle covered ones.

Hah, yeah.. Thanks man.. I did TONS of effin' research as to which route to go, and with endorsement from all the helpful lads on these forums, I went this direction. As for the CSQ, yeah, the whole 'x gets the square' bish doesn't make sense to me...

I realized my poor MCP35x2 missed out on the group photo! He was sitting over by the TV.. And, let's just say I'm not about to do a retake just to add in the pump in. Although, I do like the way it looks like some lunar module lander.. I need to get the 80x15 fan for it, open to suggestions...

Sweet! I am seriously going to pick up a MCP50x2 when they release them! Did you find that PSU you wanted?

Oh man, don't tell me, I'll probably end up buying that, too... As for PSU.. Neh, still running this Cooler Master M2 Silent Pro 1500w... Kind of got to building, and ignored the PSU situation for now.. LOL, should probably get back on that wagon..

Took a trip down to the local hardware store for some guesswork on the optimal length of screws to use to fasten the monitors to te stand. I picked right!
Unfortunately, I have to put a third monitor on the stand to keep it balanced. Might just toss a 19" something on there as a counterweight for now... Or perhaps I should go tri- 1440p? Decisions.. Decisions. I'd like to know how much it would affect my FPS in BF4 though. I had only planned on gaming on (1) 1440p and leaving the other for bs'ing. So what can I expect from quadfire 290x to tri-1440p?
Some googling is necessary...

Photo on stand...

I read somewhere that 3x 1440p monitors end up being like 35% more pixels than 4K... that would affect your frames a LOT! Although 4 290X's will handle it at above 60 FPS I'm pretty sure.biggrin.gif

Hey man, thanks for the info!
1440*2560*3 = 11,059,200
2160*3840 = 8,294,400
11,059,200-8,294,400 = 2,764,800
2,764,800/8,294,400 = 1/3 = 33.33%

So yeah, 3 x 1440p does have about 33% more pixels than 4K. tongue.gif

Here are some benches at 7680x1600.
Here are some I found at 4K.

Hope I helped.
