On this hour lunch I sanded down the the dvd slots area so not that's not sharp.
I have also cut the holes for the PSU power and exhaust fan.
They will be cleaned up tomorrow lunch and I will work out a mounting method.

Starting to get a real appreciation of the level of work that goes into good looking builds.

Few more bits have turned up.
Was hoping to spend this lunch mounting the radiator but I need to get some shorter screws the radiator came with screws for 25mm fans but I have 12mm fans didn't think to get any.

Subbed - I think you may need a bigger rad though for CPU & GPU, I'd recommend a 360 minimum.

The 750ti uses about 60watt Max also going with a low i5 to bring down the watt. I could fit a 240 to the bottom but would have no space for PSU and pump. So a 360 wouldn't even get close to fitting in.

I will measure the case tomorrow so people have an idea of scale.
From the thinkgeek website they have this "Dimensions of Loot Chest: approx. 18" long x 8" deep x 6.25" tall" they are very much measured at the largest points and not the useable space I have.

Had a nice bit of progress.
Hole cut for the radiator fan, going to get some dust protectors on them.
Also managed to mount the radiator and pump.
