Was thinking of putting green temperature screens there just trying to find the right size.

I reckon 2 pieces of lime green acrylic LEDs behind would look better.

Well it turns out the EK-VGA Supremacy doesn't fit a 750Ti.
EK have said they are working on a block for it but no dates have been released as far as I can tell.

But as the holes that hold the waterblock together line up perfectly with the holes in the GPU, I will be popping to screwfix for some rather special screws. Really hope this idea works.

If you are going to do what I think you are going to do, find some plastic washers.

I was going to try and replace the screws in the waterblock with PCB raiser screws. But not enough room.
Will be screws from the backplate into the water block. Yes will be using spacers to fill the small gap between the block and board.
