pretty much what the title says.
what should i use to oc a zotac 770 amp edition gpu.

It's personal preference, they should both work just fine. I personally prefer afterburner due to having used it for such a long time.

If it's only for overclocking and/or a custom fan curve either one will work. If you plan to use the monitoring overlay then I would use afterburner 3.0.0 beta, as its overlay works in both 32 and 64 bit games.
