Removed my boot SSD and used it in another PC, first PC won't boot normally now

Hi,

My new PC has a hotswap bay. I keep my OS and some games on my SSD in the hotswap bay. I left for a bit so I decided to pop out my SSD (PC off of course) and put it into my laptop so I could game a bit. Everything worked fine, all I did was play some HL2 on my laptop then I put my SSD back in my main PC and go to boot and...

After the POST screen the screen goes completely black with a series of colored lines up top and nothing happens.

I figured maybe some BIOS settings got messed up so I reverted to a previously working profile. Now the lines appear, but about half the time if I click or type anything they will go away after about 20 seconds and the PC will work as normal. Also, if I go to BIOS and boot from any other device it works fine, so this is leading me to believe it's not a hardware issue. My SSD works perfectly when my PC boots and in the laptop. Any ideas? This is what my screens look like after booting. This is irritating because sometimes I have to reset my PC and it adds a solid minute to my boot time.

Also for clarification, my PC uses W7 and my laptop uses W8 from it's HDD.

Meant to hit edit, not quote oops.
