Looking for a durable hard pad+ few questions

I'm looking for a durable mouse pad, my qck+ already worn out after a year+

Is there any hard pad there that will last at least 3 years?

Whats the influence of hard pads on teflon feets in comparison to soft pads?

any recommendations for hard pads will be welcomed
notes;should be at least 35cm width, using kana v2 pro

TIA
