Nope, it can do up to 1.5 via software, which is about 1.65 when using an actual DMM and it can do past that when using an evbot.

Mmmm put me down for three please! Actually interested in sub ambient cooling, looking into getting a phase change unit to get my feet wet. Brb well I go sell a kidney and other stuffs...

Thread Starter
Everyone who says this is a bad clocker or bad reviewer. Remember he does not have the skills in OC'ing like many of us on OCN got. He did not even use LN2 bios.
The results will probably be much better once we our hands on it, and Lightning cards are meant to break records on water and LN2.

Why are most reviews saying max voltage on 780ti is +75mv? one of the reasons i held off on the 780ti was because of the voltage lock.

The real question is will this be affordable; the 780 lightning launched for 800 I believe; hopefully this card doesnt go much over that.

Seems like this card fixes all the problems with the 290X and appears to give the 780Ti a run for its money. Great job MSI (this almost makes up for the disaster that was the 780 Lightning)...

Im at 1165/1625 on my 290. Its under water though. If he can get that on the stock air cooler, I'd say thats pretty good in my books.
