The Lepai amp powers the Dayton speakers very well, it comes with a 2amp power supply that is inadequate for full performance, a monitor 6amp power supply does much better (no hum at higher volume settings or clipping). Plug for amp can be a poor fit. Not sure if the one listed is the one I use.
The Dayton speakers match the amp very well.
Sub woofer is a guess, there are also 8 and 12 inch ones.

If you have space the the Dayton speakers and Lepai Amp are very good for the price.

So how did you connect them up? From the sound card to the sub and to the amp. Good idea with the higher amps power adapter.
