Home Theatre Audio for less than $500?

Alright guyses, I'd like some help please!

I want to put together a surrount sound setup for my place, i got a 46"LED which i connect my ps3/xbox/pc too, watch movies, etc..

Don't wanna go crazy, want to spend $500 max. Any thoughts? Appreciate any feedback.

So far I'm considering

mothrpe, I think you have picked some good, affordable parts. I was actually considering the exact same setup, but I decided to instead mix/match my speakers since I will be starting with a 2.0 system due to my current living arrangements.

I don't know which companies ship to Canada, but I have seen some discounted prices on these parts at amazon, newegg and rakuten lately.

I purchased the Yamaha receiver along with a pair of Polk 45B bookshelf speakers. I plan on getting a Dayton Sub (Sub-1000 or 1200) sometime in the summer. I am taking my time with this build.
