Well, I ended up folding with a different 750 Ti on a different machine and the results are much better. I'm hitting ~74k PPD (versus the 48k I was getting) on a 9202. There's definitely something funky going on with that other rig of mine

I never took the time to get Linux running on the rig that was acting weird. I just switched a different mining rig to folding. I've been way too busy recently to really mess around with it
post #86 of 210
I finally got around to switching my 750ti to my Intel platform (G3258 w/ B85M Mobo) in lieu of my AMD platform (FX6300 w/ M5A78L Mobo).

My numbers on the AMD were;
- 9201 0x17, 71k PPD, 23k/wu, 340.52 driver, 95%-97% usage, 1306 core clock, 175w.

Now, Intel is;
- 9201 0x17, 46k PPD, 14k/wu, 340.52 driver, 95%-97% usage, 1306 core clock, 107w.

Everything else is the same, Win7, flags, F@H version, etc. Why PPD so low? Shes been running about two days on Intel. The AMD numbers got up to 71k PPD about the same time. Maybe it will take a lil more time to get up there? Thanks

Your Intel numbers look the same as mine... I was running a i3-4130.
I just so happen to have the 750 Ti I'm folding on right now in an ooooooold socket 939 board and I'm getting 73-74k.

That's what I feared. Ill see if she jumps up again. The kids needed the AMD platform, gul darnit wink.gif

I remembered, the AMD rig was using version 7.3.6 and I have 7.4.3 on there now. I may wait for the wu to finish and reload the earlier version, if we think it help/matter at all. Part of me is saying it wont.

Well I got tired of waiting for my 750ti to be supported in Linux and stuck it in my Win 7 box along side my 7850. Both are folding away now.

I got a 0x15 8018 to start mad.gif I am not using any flags at this point, would using Advanced or Beta increase the probability of newer work units?
