I just finished installing my desktop, and it work well except Controller the fun controller. I connected 5 fan with this one, and there is only one fan was working which is on radiator. This time I open my computer, the only fan worked change to back of the fan. Indeed, overall time the touch screen does not power up. So I hope having some help, thanks.

I really think that controller looks good.
But not real good quality for water coolers.
I would look to Lamptron instead.

I killed my Lamptron Touch last week (mea culpa) and getting ready to order the CW611 soon.
A bit pricey compared to the bitfenix, but well worth it.
It is not as blingy tho, if you are into bling. It's a more sober look.

Thanks, I will consider that. But for now, is there any chance this fan controller is the broken one or others possible reason it now work.

Can you shpw me with pictures how you connected your fans to.your controller?

And I gather your first language is not English.
If your French is better, we can switch to PM for the rest.

Sorry, forgive my unskilled English. I already checked the connecting several times, I believe It wont be wrong. But I still take a picture of it just in case.

This is the power cable, others cables are the fan connectors, they should be alright.

Here are the 2 usb connectors

So let me get this right.
You have 5 fans connected to the bitfenix.
Only one of them spins.
The bitfenix display does not power up.
Is all of this correct?

Thanks, that make sense. After I re-installed it, the issue is still unsolved. I should contact them.
