Possible upgrade to 780

Recently been presented with the opportunity to upgrade to a 780 for $400. Currently running a 670 which I can get rid of to offset the cost by around half. So what do you guys think? Wait for Maxwell or go for it.

Only games I really play are wow, d3 and bf4. Yeah I know overkill for the two former. Also have plans to hit up titanfall. I play on a 1080p 120hz monitor.

If the upgrade will cost you roughly ~ 200$, then its worth it imo. You'll will see around 20-35% boost in performance depending on resolution, plus with a single 780 you could comfortably step up to higher resolution if you wanted to. For 200 extra I say its a good deal.

Thanks for the reply. I have a few days to decide so not in a huge rush. Also 780 is an Asus DC2OC for anyone curious.

good cooler on that. I concur. It's a good deal. The only thing we know about maxwell is it's going to be weird. The thing apparently has it's own small CPU. Like all radical designs, It could b amazing, but it also might be awful.
