Need help with my feenix nascita

Hey guys,my mouse just arrived,ive connected it,the driver installs in windows 7 64BIT,buttons work but the mouse isnt moving(cursor)
I can see the mouse installed in windows but it doesnt work,what can i do? Thank you

I would try it on another computer without installing the drivers and see if it works there. If the buttons still work but the cursor doesn't move, then I'd say the sensor is DOA.

Thank you,thing is,this mouse is driverless,so i really dont know what to do...

That's what I'm saying. Just hook it up to another machine and see if the problem repeats. It sounds like everything is working on the mouse except for the sensor. That's usually a bad sign. I guess, make sure the lens is clean.

I'm just throwing stuff out there, man. I would definitely try a different machine and see if the problem exists on that computer as well. If it does, then your mouse sensor is bad and you'll need to send it back for RMA.

Everything works besides the optical :| should the light be on?
