core colder then others

Just installed a new cpu fan went to check my cpu temp and there significantly lower then they were... however some cores are much colder then the others some are sitting around 4 and 5 degrees others at 25-30 any idea why? is this a issue? is there a way to make them all cooler? any help or comments would be appreciated thanks




also i am overclocking as well to about 3.8ghz also wondering if the voltage shoudl b jumping around on my cpuz? sometiems its at 0.9 other times its 1.3 any ideas? concerns? thanks

Idle temps are not always monitored accurately. Have you tried checking the temps with different software like RealTemp?

On AMD there arent accurate meassurement of idle temperature.only load could be more accurate

ya ive used a few different software and the temps are all different dont know if its a issue for them to b e different or not

Could be issue of imperfect shape of CPU&Heatsink contact surface or thermal paste not properly applied. Adding more pressure of heatsink onto CPU could help maybe.
