I don't understand how anyone could possibly believe that their console is as powerful as even a midrange desktop PC.
Maybe if this story gets big enough, people will finally realize that buying a console from Sony or Microsoft is a surefire way to get ripped off? Nowadays it probably only takes around $400 to build a PC that will run modern games at higher settings than current-gen consoles. Hell, for under $1000 you can get a laptop that will do the same thing. And of course, for that price you get a fully-functional PC as well, which is something that pretty much everybody needs anyway.
Pay $400 for a console that wishes it was a PC, or pay $400 for an actual PC that can do a better job at literally every task. It seems like a no-brainer to me, but oh well.Edited by Spritanium - 3/11/14 at 9:41am
