Mike, does the HWBOT version of the heaven benchmark perform differently than the heaven benchmark that you download from unigine assuming all the same settings are used? I've been using the download direct from Unigine to do my heaven benchmarks. First time I've seen the HWBOT one.

...I had tried Valley literally as the 1st thing fresh out of the box, w/stock voltage (no MSI AB unlock)... didn't save it, but I recall it was around 79 fps or so...will go back and do more runs, including with new driver (per below), and water cooling. That said, in Valley, my fastest 780 Ti Classy got to 97.5 w// '1.36 nominal' volts and on water...I doubt I can match that. However, w/ HWBot's Unigine Heaven, I already exceeded my 780 Ti high-mark. I will post direct comparisons once I put this card under water, but it is clear to me already that it has big reserves re power segments, especially with sub-zero cooling and the 'right' MSI ABX wink.gif ...

For 'heavy' water-coolers, a preliminary view is that the 780 Ti Classy / KPE and 290X L are very 'close', depending on the bench, tess etc.

I will say 1243 on the core clock is a nice number, I got 1200 out mine and 1600 on mem.

Tx - good to know about the updated drivers - 13.12 seems to have minor issues in some games and benches

The standard version measures score in FPS i think, but I'm not sure since i've probably only ran it maybe once. The hwbot version uses the standard version but has some sort of wrapper so that it can give you a score and you can upload to HWbot.

I think about 1.36v under load, but I'm not too sure.

...dug up some early 780 Ti Classy and 290X lightning results for 3d11 / HWBot I did thinking.gif

290X Lightning - air-cooled, 1243 MHz / 1653 MHz, CPU 4930K @ 4833 MHz -- HWBot run w/ tess off, score = 19039

http://www.3dmark.com/3dm11/8132231

780 Ti Classy - water-cooled, 1422 Mhz / 2014 MHz, CPU 4930K @ 4914 Mhz -- HWBot run (no LOD mods), score = 18809

http://www.3dmark.com/3dm11/7991559

ninja.gif ...neither is the 'final word' w/ 3d11 as both have a bit more room, but as posted earlier, these two cards are very close in performance envelopes, w/ a whole other world likely opening up when you do XOC (which I'll try in a few months)

Does your memory clock any higher or stuck around 1650 like mine?

...don't know yet, only ran the 290X L for a total of two hours - in the middle of an office move mad.gif ...By the time I hit 1665 MHz on VRAM, I saw some declining scores (error correction ?) and w / o extra VRAM voltage for now, 1653 seemed to be the best combo of clocks and scores

so you're saying thats +100 on the slider? The rbby tool works on this card.

...for the GPU, yes - MSI AB slider fully to the right (+100) ....looking forward to the Rbby tool / other mods when I have water-cooled the Lightning. Btw, does anyone know if the Swiftech Uni-block MCW82 will fit this card w / o a spacer / shim ? I'm using those with great success on my 780 Ti Classies, aided by triple Silent Typhoon 3k for VRAM / Power section - VRM temps on the Classy never went above 45 C so far w/ 20 c ambient.

...btw, the last time I used the MSI AB (18), it said it would expire March 28 headscratch.gif
