I almost mistakened those 3 fans on the front area as a radiator. Looks like a Dead CPU to me.

ok i just found what i was after the code 10 is morthbridge initialized 19 code is prememory southbridge initialize
however the 55 code is a memory not installed code so it could be your memory isnt seated properly or 1 of the sticks could be bad.

Thanks for looking it up. I've done that aswell by now.
My whole setup now: motherboard, cpu, stock intel cooler, psu power and a little system speaker.
When i fire it up i hear 3 loud long beeps. That is also an indicator for bad ram. But.. when i place the ram stick in 1 of each 4 slots the beeps are gone. So the ram should be just fine. And there is nothing else attached. So it can only be the cpu now.. i guess.

do you have any other memory you can try in it cause every thing i find keeps coming back to trying known good memory in it or bad seating.

looking to see if i can find a memory compatibility chart too

I had re chech my cpu connection to the mobo to see if no broken pins. In general it sounds to me like you should try a new mobo.
