Tempest Overlord X270OC 110hz+ 2560x1440 27 inch Overclockable Monitor

Will Ship To: CA, US50

I've got an original Tempest Overlord X270OC monitor that I purchased sometime back in 2013. It's a truly beautiful 27 inch IPS monitor. I'm selling it because I'm planning on picking up a ROG Swift because of G-Sync. This monitor takes a single dual link DVI input to minimize input lag. It comes by default at 60hz but is advertised to overclock to 110+ hz. This partly is dependant on the quality of DVI cable you use. I have been able to push this monitor to 116hz stably but I tend to run at a modest 96hz because 96 = 4 x 24hz for ideal video playback.

I currently have a monitor table mount arm attached to this monitor which will NOT come with the monitor. It will come with the original table stand that can swivel and tilt. I am willing to include the Ergotron LX Desk Mount for an additional $85 if requested which is originally priced at $133.

This monitor panel was rated a grade "A" panel which means its got very little backlight bleeding and minimal IPS glow but it can have up to 3/3/5 bright/colored (stuck)/dead pixels according to the manufacturer warranty. Luckily, this monitor has only one stuck pixel which can be seen in the black background picture. The mouse pointer is pointed at the stuck pixel to make it obvious where it is. I had to get up very close to the monitor to even make it become visible. It is virtually impossible to see over 1.5 feet away from the monitor.

This monitor is one of a kind and is sold out on the manufacturer's website. Brand new, it goes for $500 plus another 30 dollars for shipping and you aren't guaranteed the quality of the panel. ie. it could have more or less dead pixels or backlight bleeding. Additionally, it is listed for $550 on ebay. Yamakasi Catleap 2B monitors that do the exact same thing sell for $880 on Ebay.

Monitor Asking Price 450 shipping included
Optional $85 mount arm
